Discrimination, abuse and/or wrongs upon U.S.A. citizens is taking place right in the U.S.A. at such a grand rate these days,
yet it is mostly kept out of the main stream media for you to know of it.
WHY?

Much of what takes place is or can be accountable to the Department of State. Each year, thousands upon thousands of work visas are given to non-U.S.A. citizens even with an U.S.A. citizens seeking that work. It is a system that does not give U.S.A. citizens even an opportunity at the work because as early as the year prior to the non-U.S.A. citizens arrival in the U.S.A., the jobs are ear-marked for non-U.S.A. citizens, not for U.S.A. citizens. So apply all you will, but that is as far as it will go! The guidelines for companies to do such trickery only states that they must advertise the opening, meaning your resume and/or application will not be entertained for actual employment.

It is more helpful to 501(c)(3) organizations and government entities, than those actually in need. It also treats non-U.S.A. citizens in a more favorable manner, than United States of America, (U.S.A.) citizens. Much of the United States of America citizen workforce do not have the ability and/or want to travel abroad to take work and/or others livelihood, whether legally or illegally, from the citizens of another country, therefore U.S.A. citizens might be thought of as hostages/prisoners/slaves of a social /economic system by which profit/gain/control rules. Can you clearly state that your selection of working/employing/hiring/utilizing non-U.S.A. citizens over/instead of U.S.A. citizens has not negatively affected U.S.A. citizens and/or the U.S.A.? You sure? To even get to find someone to talk to about the farm, I stumbled with trying to understand the English that was being communicated to me. Then I realized, it was not English! LOL! It was Spanish! It asked several workers; "Where is the boss"? The responders either could not respond in English or refused to do so. I finally came across an American who refused taking my details for work. I was turned away!

Why weren't American's given the same?

Dole Fresh Vegetables has a fairly new plant at 600 Benjamin Drive, Springfield, OH 45502-8860 off of Interstate 70 in Clark County, Ohio. Sources have revealed that the plant does employ non American citizens even with the local economy starving. Diversity Staffing is a local staffing agency handles hiring for Dole. The staff is mainly focused on catering to Hispanics and/or the mix from Mexico. It came to our attention that the local Sheriff, Gene Kelly - a man with a really sorted and corrupt past - escorts an armored car to the plant on pay days where certain employees can bring their instrument of pay back to the plant to get paid in cash. Local banks wanted ID's that they could not provide. Seems like a good way for the locals to be forced into allowing illegals to take American jobs illegally. Interesting and we are following up on this one as well.

I came across 3 men working about M street in Washington, DC, and thought to have a chat about work. For the rest of this story refer to the pic below to identify with the 3 men as you follow my findings. The man leaning on the parking meters, without solicitation, said he had legal status. He did not offer, nor did I pursue asking if the other 2 men were in the U.S.A. legally to work and/or visit. He did make a joke to their being with him and the man sitting closest to him - in a green colored shirt - seemed to understand some English. When the man leaning on the parking meter spoke some words in Espanol, both men laughed. I was told that the company hires many Hispanics/Latinos. I asked him if I had a chance for work. His reply was not so promising. I shared a story about if a foreigner came to his country and took work form him and/or his family. With conclusion of the story I asked him how he would feel about it with not getting work due to those conditions. He expressed it would not be a good thing to happen, but also shared that it is not him that is allowing Americans to loose their jobs to foreign labour.

Well, we can not completely blame those taking work that companies give to foreigners. Company owners and/or controllers are doing this for profit/gain/control, and not for anything to do with humanitarian reasons. In the same regard though, those knowing taking work from the citizens of that country do so knowing there are negative consequences to their actions.

When I asked for more work though and expressed his hiring and/or using practices of workers that are not American, well I have yet to get any more work. Could it of been expressing my opinion with why Americans are not given work over those from abroad? I expressed that with so many Americans loosing their homes, livelihoods and even their lives; why ...? Dave is not such a bad man, instead it may be his being a son of a Department of State employee that guides his confusion. I recall when on a job at the Blairs, a couple of men who hardly spoke any English helped. They were pushy, presented their work as being better than anything an American can do and did not only incomplete work, but work another person - Henry - and myself had to redo.
Why then does Dave hire non-citizens, over American citizens?

Guilt or maybe just their way of giving impression of actually caring about hiring Americans over non-Americans or maybe in line with their motto - "Turn-key construction the way it should be." -, none-the-less, First Finish hired within the last weeks of 2011 a young American to do work they are engaged in at The Madison on 1177 15th street, NW in Washington, DC. (see below)
 This is a project which they have been doing work for many, many months with non-Americans. We started to report on it, and was met with nastiness from not only The Madison, but First Finish and some of their contractors. Perhaps a question people should raise is whether the First Finish's representative who went across the street this Caribou Coffee at 1156 15th street NW, Washington, DC and asked a female employee if she knew of someone to come and work for them.
 The female was a black American. Was their method of hiring righteous, fair and open for all to apply, or having a hidden message to www.AmericansNotWanted.org? What about First Finishes corruption? Are they guilty? Why did First Finish not go to the many other businesses around the area? WHY? First Finish higher management, as well as, some contractors have proven - we have the videos and pics - to be with twisted character. The proof is coming, so stay current and become AWARE and stay ALERT with this firm. On or about the 21st of September 2011 as I was relaxing near a curb about 15th & M streets in front of a large building at 1156 15th street, NW, DC a worker from Rolling Greens Incorporated showed little care for my well-being. English was not his native language and he spoke mainly in Espanol. As a matter of fact, only one worker appeared to be a native English speaker. (more to come on this)

Van used by the driver who referred to me as a lazy gringo, and sped away nearly hitting a black Lincoln pulling into the alley.

There has not been a day go past to date, when two workers show up to a job off of 15th & M streets, N.W. DC and take it easy. Maybe getting cheap labor at the expense of Americans serves R. S. Perdue's bottom line, but in the long run, R. S. Perdue's savings will cost all Americans. ALL!

What should be more shocking is that fact that the owner served in the U.S.A. Air Force.
Here is a bit about him:
"In fact, our owner started the business while in the Air Force, where he underwent training and schooling before going into the heating and air-conditioning field."

So why does this company not hire veterans over non-Americans? Why?
I wonder if the American taxpayer helped pay for his training and/or business start-up only for him to hire non-Americans over Americans who need work to survive! I wonder!
Is this the way he repays America and Americans, by looking out for his own interest?

These chaps seem to have trouble with the English language so maybe that is why they get to relax and not give a good ole' American hard days work. I know I would not even think of being as such. How about you? Are you looking for work
