This merchant came to our attention when another informed of Lopez Farm collecting profit on a Sunday at the

When our IIO made a purchase and inquired if the cost included tax, the response from the woman who represented herself as affiliated with Lopez Farm of 246 Smith Lane, Warsaw, Virginia 804.313.5370 by pointing to a large banner only said, "No English". She was also asked for a receipt and she replied, "No English". She was then asked how does she file tax returns with not knowing English, and once again she replied, " No English".
AnotW looked for some sort of legal reference to Lopez Farm being listed to do business as was being done at the Silver Diner in Merrifield, Virginia, but was unable to come up with any legal reference. However, that does not mean that Lopez Farm is doing corrupt business practices. It just means AnotW did not locate any sort of information relating to Lopez Farm.
AnotW looked for some sort of legal reference to Lopez Farm being listed to do business as was being done at the Silver Diner in Merrifield, Virginia, but was unable to come up with any legal reference. However, that does not mean that Lopez Farm is doing corrupt business practices. It just means AnotW did not locate any sort of information relating to Lopez Farm.

With going inside the Silver Diner to speak with management, a Silver Diner worker presented another Silver Diner worker who expressed herself as Shirley Bala, General Manager. With getting her business card, conversation commenced. Shirley Bala, GM explained that Lopez Farm is being allowed to merchandise Lopez Farm goods on the Merrifield Silver Diner property through a program which is advertised on the Silver Diner website. She expressed that such business is allowed at other Silver Diners.
When Shirley Bala, GM was asked about other people being allowed to take part in the program that Silver Diner offers and that Lopez Farm is being allowed to take part in, she informed that it is open to anyone meeting the guidelines, and information about the program can be found on the Silver Diner website.
When Shirley Bala, GM was asked if she knew if Lopez Farm was legally registered with the State of Virginia to conduct such business, and that the Lopez Farm representative expressed she did not know English therefore was ineffective in communicating, Shirley Bala, GM was not so responsive and seemed to evade this. Shirley Bala, GM was informed that when the Lopez Farm representative was asked if tax was included, and when asked for a receipt, the woman only replied, " No English".
Shirley Bala, GM quickly responded with, "I'm a US citizen".
The Silver Diner website was looked over really good, but no reference to signing up to participate in any program which would allow people to set up such as that being done by Lopez Farm at the Merrifield, Virginia Silver Diner was found. First it was thought that the information was overlooked, but with having others look over the Silver Diner website, the findings came back with the same results.
So WHY was this IIO misled by Shirely Bala, General Manager of the Merrifield, Virginia Silver Diner?
WHY?
With searching the Silver Diner website for details concerning the program which was explained by Shirley Bala, GM as being unbiased and fair for all to participate in such as the one Lopez Farm is doing, AmericansNotWanted found that the Spanish language takes precedence over English - the language of the U.S.A. - on the contact us page of the Silver Diner website listed under Associate Relations:

Is this just another establishment which is catering to one group over another?

So, why are U.S.A. citizens being treated as "last class citizens" in their own country - the U.S.A.?
WHY?
If there is biasness, racism, discrimination and hatred coming from anywhere and/or anyone, could it be coming from that and/or those which and/or who are with wrong, only seek to cover-up and are for those of profit/gain/control?
WELL?
The following Sunday, the Lopez Farm representative once again was selling goods at the Silver Diner in Merrifield, Virginia.
WHY doesn't any other business get or seek to do the same?
WHY?
