Illegal is illegal, or else let those in US jails and prisons ..., out!

Below are links to articles about the long awaited decision concerning Arizona law enforcement officials seeking to only do their jobs. Illegal is illegal, if not, stop all arrest, release all those in jails and prisons who have not committed a serious crime such as murder, rape, pedophilia, serious theft and so forth which are on similar lines as those committing crimes by entering the U.S.A. illegally and/or stealing livelihoods, liberty, future and happiness away form U.S.A. citizens.

On another note, think of the story below when reading over the articles relating to the Supreme Court case decision.

Just last week a man who appeared to be working for the Fairfax County, Virginia police stopped a white man who was only seeking work. The police officer quickly used the race and hate cards on this white man concerning a sign he was holding up at the intersection of Gallows Road and Lee Highway in Merrifield, Virginia. Apparently someone, according to him, made a complaint of this man being there. The officer was not helpful, and was quick to lash out at this U.S.A. citizen for nothing more than searching for work in his country. The officer who spoke as if being of or at least akin to Hispanic/Latino origin, did seem to support his own kind, but why not when it helps his own kind. Go here to read what he was complaining about: http://americansnotwanted.blogspot.com/2012/06/does-this-sign-spell-hatred-racism.html . This officer was stopped with his assertions and false accusations by other officers upon their arrival. The seemingly non-native English speaker was the first to come up to the U.S.A. citizen. Come to know that this man's English was not as if he was a native English speaker. OK, maybe he had a speech impairment or it may of just been an unfamiliar version of the English language. None-the-less, this man appearing to be an officer of the law, quickly acted as though he was more supportive of those such as him, rather than doing his job unbiasedly and fairly. He also tried to force his politics and/or views upon this U.S.A. citizen who was only stating the truth.
Take a look and read the card board sign.
You decide!

With work scarce and U.S.A. citizens loosing all hope, being stripped of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, why then are illegals and/or non-U.S.A. citizens given the upper hand?
WHY?

Why are U.S.A. citizens being forced into accepting ways of life which have them stepping to the back of the line (bus) for work in their own country?
WHY?

Theses are not in any sort of order relating to importance or favour.
